We finally wore our Easter clothes to church. And I officially misplaced my brain because we showed up an entire hour early. We walked around the church, sat in the shade and ate our snacks. The kids collected Rollie pollies... Which they love lately but they unintentionally torture instead of care for. Rollie pollies are the main focus of all outside adventures.
Lately:
The kids are big on tent building, playing with sand (I'm always cleaning up sand. I love/hate our sand box), playing with water (they will be so sneaky to add water to their games making wet chalk art or "car baths"), reading stories (We like No David and Junie B. Jones), having glow stick parties, sliding down our stairs, and playing any games.
Benson likes stealing my cough drops, being handsome, making cheesey smiles, being a "helper boy"(especially with peanut butter jelly or bagels and cream cheese where he can lick his plastic knife while making food at the same time), eating cinnamon chips and cheese puffs (Ben calls em cheese pups), playing with cars (there's a lot more dialogue now including "teams, bad guys, and races") and saying "food please!!" alllll day.
Eden likes to color with chalk, play with dolls and dress them up (although her baby stuffed animals are still her favorite), reading books, making cards and art for others, helping her brother, picking flowers, playing mom, playing makeup, leaving special gifts on my nightstand, taking baths and going under water, princess pajamas, making outfits, doing her own hair (she really likes to have curly hair), saying her prayers (she gives the most heartfelt meaningful prayers), and pretending to be a mermaid.
This looks like same picture three times except Bensons faces.
